ClientWeather ●
Churn early-warning · for agencies

Know which clients are about to leave, before they do

One-click check-ins your clients actually answer, and a Monday forecast of which accounts are heading into a storm.

Early access opens soon. Migrating from Delighted? You'll be first in line.

~10%TYPICAL SURVEY RESPONSE RATE

That's how many clients answer the average agency survey. Your clients aren't unhappy with you. They're unhappy with your survey. We rebuilt the check-in so answering takes one click, inside the email.

§ 1 · The method

How it works

01 / Observation

A check-in that isn't homework

When a project wraps, your client gets a two-question email from their account manager, not a tool. The first question is answered by one click inside the email. No link, no login, no survey portal.

02 / Instruments

Timing and follow-up, handled

Sent when the work is fresh, with one polite follow-up to non-responders after a few days. That's the whole trick, and it's why response rates triple. Never more than three questions. Ever.

03 / Forecast

A weekly forecast, not a data dump

Every Monday: which accounts are sunny, which are clouding over, and the exact quote that should worry you, pulled from the free-text answers, so you read one email instead of forty.

§ 2 · Field report

What your client sees

One click, inside the inbox. That's the entire ask.

§ 4 · Conditions on the ground

What agency owners actually say

“I ran quarterly surveys for my clients… never got much traction with only about a 10% response rate. I even tried a draw prize.”

Agency owner, r/agency
A note on proof

ClientWeather is in early access, so there are no customer logos on this page. Every other tool in this category would have invented some by now. I would rather tell you what is actually true:

  • Delighted shut down June 30, 2026. Qualtrics sunset it and the official migration path starts at $25,000 a year. That is why this exists now.
  • The 10% number is not marketing. It is the response rate agency owners report publicly, and it is the entire problem.
  • Early access is $49/mo flat, cancel anytime. No annual contract, no seat math, no call with a sales rep.
